Treasurer
The Treasurer is the PVS Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for: preparation of the annual budget; accounting for all funds; filing of required tax forms; providing for an annual audit; and advising on all financial matters. Strategic Planning Committee Chair

Webmaster

Rules Advisor
The Rules Advisor maintains contact with the National Rules Committee and advises the Officials Committee on the latest interpretations or changes in the official USA Swimming Rules pertaining to swimming and the conduct of competition. Competition Committee
The Competition Committee shall be responsible for developing and coordinating an overall swimming program for all levels of swimming in the Territory, including Senior and Age Group programs. The members of the Competition Committee shall consist of the Vice-Chair of the Senior Division, Vice-Chair of the Age Group Division, the Coach Representatives, the Zone Technical Planning Representative, and all USA Swimming coach members of PVS Clubs. The Vice-Chair of the Senior Division or the Vice-Chair of the Age Group Division, whoever is senior in term, shall serve as the Chair of this committee and shall report to the Board of Directors.
All PVS members present have voice and one representative from each member club present and each of the elected Coach Representatives has a vote.

Board of Review
The Board of Review was established as an independent body to hear complaints, protests, and appeals regarding the administration and conduct of the sport of swimming in Potomac Valley (PVS). Details of the Board of Review operations are specified in Article 10 of the Potomac Valley Swimming Bylaws. Specifics regarding the procedures for filing an appeal are contained in the PVS Policies and Procedures Manual.
Any member of the Potomac Valley Swimming community may petition for Review of conduct which they believe violates the policies, procedures, rules or regulations adopted by USA Swimming or Potomac Valley Swimming, or that may bring the sport of swimming into disrepute.
Petitions may be directed to the Secretary of the Board of review at the: PVS Administrative Office, P.O. Box 3729, McLean VA 22103-3729.
