OPEN WATER EVENTS

  • Where: Via Zoom (Link will be sent out on the morning of 4/14).

  • How to join: You must be registered for the Swim Festival by next Tuesday to receive the invite. Don't miss this chance to learn from one of the best in the world!

Friday, MAY 15, 5:30-6:30pm
LAKE MONTCLAIR OPEN WATER pre-race clinic

  • Athletes and coaches may come to listen on improving your skills, all may practice their open water skills in the lake with a turn buoy, try out your wetsuit, get your packet, have your tattoos applied by the official and nails checked which will save you an immense amount of time on race day.

LAKE MONTCLAIR OPEN WATERS SWIMMING FESTIVAL

  • Website

  • Whether this is your first or 51st open water swim, Lake Montclair has the event for you. Come to the beach and dive in this calm, fresh water lake for an adventure! It is recommended that you have a BB time or faster in the 500 for 12 and U or 1000/1650 for 13 and O. To swim the 5K, athletes needs to complete the course in 1.5 hours.
