REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR
1999-2000 REGISTRATION YEAR
All material necessary to register athletes was mailed to member clubs between August 9 and August 19.
Non-athlete registration material was mailed to those registered for
the 1998-1999 registration year on August 27.
