Please stress to all athletes and athletes’ parents completing the 1999-2000 registration applications, that all forms and money must be returned to the club they are joining.

The money and forms should be processed by the PVS member clubs and then sent to the PVS Registrars with a club check.

The only exception to this is made for athletes who are registering as unattached athletes, not affiliated with any member club.

This is especially confusing for people who are joining U.S. Swimming for the first time. Your help is greatly appreciated.
