    Meet Management
    • October Open entries were slightly less than had been anticipated based on last year's entries and teams expected to be participating in RMSC meet on October 13-14. No teams had to be reassigned between venues.

    Equipment Manager
    • The Meet Equipment Manager reported the following:

"We are moving forward testing the network version of Hy-Tek for use this coming weekend. Hopefully by running two computers we can prevent some of the problems with a nearly 100% positive check-in.

Also, I have a lead on a trailer, enclosed utility type, to use in transporting timing equipment. It is used, but in great shape. Cost $2,000 tops. The trailer would be available for use by teams to transport equipment.

Operation Support is ready for the new season."

    • Hy-Tek and CTS clinics were held on October 6. Attendance figures will be forthcoming.

    Safety Commitee
    • No new Reports of Occurrences have been received.
