The PVS Officials Committe is providing several clinics for its currently certified Starters and Referee's to become trainined in the new starting protocols that are expected to go into effect on January 1, 2000.

PVS Starters and Referees are expected to take this retraining before starting or refereesing at any meets using these new procedures.

Several opportunties are being provided to do this:

• The Starter's clinic held October 2 at UMD.
• The Referee's clinic held October 3 at River Falls
• A special clinic to be held at MAC on October 13 at 7PM
• The Starter's clinic to be held at GMU on October 30 at 9:15 AM
• Special clinics which the PVS Official's Committee hopes to schedule in conjunction with the November Open.
