Operations Vice-Chair --- Dave DiNardo I have been involved with Potomac Valley Swimming since 1999 when my youngest daughter started participating in mini-meets. Over the past 11 years, I have served as a timer and official from those mini-meets all the way to Junior Nationals. In 2009 I was asked to 'step in' when the previous Operations Vice Chair was transferred out of town. Even though I had some scheduling conflicts with the Board Meetings, I agreed to run for the position. PVS's equipment operations still have a way to go before they are running in a manner that we all would prefer. I would welcome the opportunity to continue in this role in order to facilitate the necessary improvements to our operations. With this in mind, I have re-worked my schedule to allow attendance at all Board Meetings on a going-forward basis.
