The Potomac Valley 10 and under girls 400 Meter Medley Relay team of Laura Eull (RMSC), Nilasha Ghosh (CUBU), Jennifer Basel (AVST), and Leslie Swinley (Unattached CUBU) broke the National All-Star Relay record for this event at the Long Course Eastern Zone Meet in Baltimore Maryland. This meet was held in August, 1998. Their time was 5:10.71.

This relay does not qualify as a PVS or National Age Group (NAG) record because it was made up of swimmers from more than one club team. Also PVS and NAG records are not kept in this event for the 10 and under age group.
