Sign Up for PVS Email Lists
Introducing the new PVS Email Lists. These lists are used to communicate to PVS members and among
the various groups in PVS. You can sign up for any list for which you are eligible. But, please read
the instructions below before signing up for a list. You always have the option of unsubscribing
from any list to which you are subscribed.
To join one of the lists:
- Enter your email address in the box and click the Subscribe button.
- An email will be sent to you to confirm you subscription. The email will be from "noreply@googlegroups.com" and have the subject "Confirm your subscription". (if you do not get this messge, check your spam folder, because you cannot complete your subscription until you follow the instructions in that message)
- Click the "Join this Group" button in the confirmation email. In the case of the PVS News List, that completes your subscription. For the other lists, see below.
- You will be taken to a group page where you must confirm your elegibility for that list. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your request.
- The PVS Lists Administrator will confirm your elegibility for the list and complete your subscription. You will get a confirmation email when this occurs.
The above measures are in place to ensure you only receive mail you request and to keep the lists spam-free. Send any comments or questions to the PVS Lists Administrator
PVS News - This list will be used to send out breaking news about PVS events. Examples are last-minute weather-related or equipment-related changes to meet schedules. This list is open to all PVS members and other interested individuals.

PVS Diversity - This list will be used to send out information and news about PVS diversity and inclusion events. This list is open to all PVS members and other interested individuals.

PVS Flash Mail - This list is for sending important administrative information and notices to PVS clubs. Membership in this list is open to team owners, team administrators, team board members, coaches, and senior officials. It is also open to PVS Board Members.

PVS Officials - This information is for sending news and information to the entire PVS Officials Community. This list is open to all PVS officials.
