L-9 Amend 508.2 as follows: The House of delegates shall elect following at the time of the annual meeting of the USA Swimming in even years-numbered years: Domestic and Age Group Operations Coordinator, and National Events Coordinator. ADD 508.4 (on p.128) and renumber : The following shall be responsible to the Program Operations Vice-President: Open Water Coordinator.

Purpose: Submitted by Open Water Swimming as part of Part 8 re-write (L-11).
, and the Open Water Swimming Coordinator. The Domestic and Age Group Operations Coordinator shall be directly responsible to the Program Development Vice-President. The National Events Coordinator and Open Water Coordinator shall be directly responsible to the Program Operation Vice-President. Each shall be subject to the same limitations as to terms and succession as are officers of USA Swimming (Section 504.6)
