ARTICLE 505 BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Proposed by: USA Swimming Board of Directors

Purpose: To add one athlete member in addition to the Athletes Vice President in order to meet the 20% requirement of the U. S Amateur Sports Act.

505.13

The Executive Committee shall have . . ., amend the Code. It shall consist of the officers of USA Swimming and one additional athlete member from the Board of Directors to be selected by the Athletes Committee, acting with the advice and consent of legal counsel. . . or rejection.
