.7 Infraction Signal -- Upon observing an infraction within his/her jurisdiction, the Referee, stroke, turn, or relay take-off judge shall immediately raise one hand overhead with open ;palm. If the official does not do so, there shall be no disqualification. Exception: Relay take-off judges as outlined in 102.16.6B. See Rule 102.10.1 DISQUALIFICATIONS for the infraction signal.
