Early nominations mailed to the PVS PO Box (before 9/15/2005) have been lost.  If you had nominated an athlete whose name does not appear below please re-submit the nomination.  The form is at 2005 Outstanding Athlete Form.  Either email to 2005 Outstanding Athlete Nomination or fax to 301-977-6028.  Nominations will be accepted until 10/7/2005.  We expect to post the Outstanding Athletes as soon as possible after the 10/7/2005 cutoff.
