American Records set at Cassel's Classic Meet
Anna Johannes of the Potomac Marlins set two new American
records at the Cassel's Classic Meet at George Mason University
in December 2006. Her time of 2:39.91 in the
200 yard Individual Medley is a new record in the SM9 disability
category. The previous record was 2:43.44. She also swam a
record time of 5:38.26 in the 400 yard Individual Medley, bettering
the old record of 5:42.53 by more than four seconds.
