PVS Long Course
Senior and Age Group II Open Meet

IMPORTANT CHANGE: AT LEE DISTRICT ONLY -- 12 and Under Sessions warm-ups are NOW scheduled to start at 12:00 noon and the first event will swim at 1:00pm It is antiicpated that the large number of positive check-in events in the 13 and Over sessions will permit the afternoon sessions to start approximately on the new scheduled start time. If necessary, warm-ups will start as soon after 12:00 noon as possible and continue for the scheduled 50 minutes. Compeition will start as soon thereafter as possible (less than a 10 minute break may be taken.)
The planned start time for 12 and Under Session at FAIRLAND remains unchanged. -- Warm-ups start at 11:30am and first event will swim at 12:30pm
The original meet announcement called for all events 200M and longer to be checked in. The Meet Directors at both sites have determined they wish to check-in all events in both sessions at both sites.

Events 29-34 --1:00 PM

Since all events are now positive check-in, no deck entries will be accepted any events.

- Coaches and team meet entry coordinators are asked to complete their review by 10AM Tuesday June 20.
- Inquiries should be directed to the appropriate Meet Director, Bill Marlin at coach_bill@verizon.net or Manga Dalizu at fairlandswim@aol.com
- Parents or swimmers with concerns should contact their coach or team meet entry coordinator as the Meet Directors will only respond to inquires received from coaches or team meet entry coordinators.
- Timelines are posted primarily to provide a general overview of the size of the sessions. Due to postive check-in events are very likely to start EARLIER than the estimated time.
