This meet has a large number of entries. Accordingly, the following is being planned in order to allow the meet to be completed in as timely a manner as possible.

There will be no reseeding (or "work-ins") for athletes that have missed their events. Athletes and coaches please keep track of the progress of the meet so that athletes are ready to swim in their seeded heat.

No deck entries will be accepted for positive check-in events.

Deck entries will only be accepted for preseeded events where there are open lanes in the program in the slowest heats. These spots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis at the beginning of the respective session.

Please do not check in athletes that are not present.

There are timelines in the meet announcement for the close of positive check-ins. The timelines will be a little relaxed for later events. Ahletes should only be checked-in if the coach or athlete are sure they are swimming. Checking a swimmer in and then not swimming will result in the athlete being pulled from their next event in accordance with PVS policy.

Both Saturday and Sunday 13&O sessions will have warm-ups from 1:00-2:00 PM. First event will be 2:10PM. Incorrect information had previously been inadvertantly posted at one place in the meet announcement.

The preliminary timeline for this meet is also being posted. Events may well occur somewhat earlier than these times as result of heats being dropped due to positive check-in and impact of seeding on the estimated timeline
